How do I open an account with NRDX?
Simply click on any of the "Open an Account" buttons to begin the process of opening an account.
A registration pop-up wil appear where you will have to add your details and set up your account.
At first, we recommend trying our Virtual Mode to familiarize yourself with the platform.
What does Virtual Mode mean?
When you first open your account, we offer 100.000 EUR in virtual funds for you to test your trading strategies and get a feel of the platform.
How can I trade for real?
After you create your account, you will have to :
- make a first deposit
- submit your KYC (Know Your Customer) documents
- receive the confirmation
- once your documents are approved you can start your trading journey.
What is the KYC process and why is it needed?
NRDX is regulated by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission ("FSC") and complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
For all regulated platforms, the Know Your Client (KYC) procedure is the industry standard.

This additional layer of security exists to safeguard your identity and make sure that your trading environment is secure.
What documents will I have to provide?
(a) Proof of Identity
• a valid international passport, or
• a valid national identity card* (the ID will be accepted only for EU citizens and if it bears a photo, signature and reflects the expiry date).
Please note that the proof of identity must include your signature; and
(b) Proof of Residence
• A utility bill such as water, gas, electricity, landline internet/telephone bill, bank statement, or
• A certified tenancy agreement
• A certificate of residence from your local authority
• An official document issued by the Government such as council tax bill, income tax, monthly pension statement.
Please note that the proof of residence will be approved only if it holds your full name/surname, address and is issued within the last six (6) months. Please note that the document cannot be an e-statement or an e-bill.
You are kindly requested to check that the scanned documents are clearly readable before sending them to us in order to avoid unnecessary delays.
How do I submit my documents?
You will have to login to your account and go to the "My account" section, in the top right corner of your screen.
Then go to the "Documents" tab and upload your documents.
How long does it take to get verified?
We usually need up to 24 hours to verify your trading account. In the event that additional documents are needed, the process might take us longer.
What do I do if I have issues with the registration process?
We are always one email or phone call away. Please get in touch with us.
How can I fund my account?
Login to your account, go to "My account" section then to the "Deposit" tab. A pop-up will appear asking for your card details and the amount you wish to deposit.
What payment methods do you offer?
We offer a variety of payment methods. Please see all details (fees, processing times etc.) on our dedicated page.
Is it safe to add funds with NRDX?
Absolutely! When processing your money, we exclusively use globally recognized security technologies such as Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). This method encrypts all credit card payments made through the internet, as well as your personal and trading information.
Do you have any charges on deposits/withdrawals?
We do not charge any deposit/ withdrawal fees. Please bare in mind that there might be banking or payment service providers fees or conversions that can apply which will be paid exclusively by the client.
How can I withdraw funds?
You have to login to your account then go to the ""Withdrawal"" section. Add the amount you wish to withdraw and hit ""Confirm"".
After this step is done you will receive a confirmation email.
How can I track my financial transactions?
All your deposits and withdrawals will be visible in "My account" under the "Funds" tab.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
Minimum withdrawal amount via wire transfer is $250.
What is the processing time for withdrawals?
All withdrawals are handled within 72 hours (3 business days). The refund may take 4-8 business days. If you have not received your refund after this period, please get in touch with our Support department.
What assets can I trade with NRDX?

Can I trade 24/7?
Because we need to stick to the markets, you can trade 24/5. When the markets are closed, no trades of any kind can be completed. Trading occurs only while the market is open.
Can I trade the Bitcoin CFD here?
Yes you can.
What trading platforms do you offer?

How can I trade on MT5?
To be able to trade on MT5 you will first have to make a deposit. After that is approved, please go to he dedicated MT5 section, next to "My account". From there you will be able to proceed to MT5.

How do I reset the password for my account?
Once logged in, go to "My account" and scroll to the bottom of the page. You will have the option to change your password there.
How can I change the details of my account?
Simply login and go to "My Account". Under "Personal Details" section you can edit your name, address, phone number etc.
What is the Finanicial Questionnaire?
The Financial Questionnaire is a brief quiz that will help us assess your experience in the financial markets as well as your comprehension of the risks involved.
Why do I need to take it?
It is a required step and guarantees that your exposure to risks is limited through leverage.
